Here is exactly what happens from the moment you sign up to when the report reaches Village Trustees.
Share your first name, last name, email address, and Northbrook street address. This is the only information we collect at this stage. Your address confirms you are a Northbrook resident. The form takes less than two minutes to complete.
Once the survey is ready, you will receive the full questionnaire by email. It will cover topics including downtown retail, dining, green space, parking, housing, walkability, and overall community identity. You will have time to complete it at your own pace.
Answer the questions honestly. Your responses are confidential. Nothing you write in the survey will be published with your name attached. We are looking for genuine community input, not any particular answer.
All responses are anonymized before analysis. We compile the findings into a clear summary report showing community trends and priorities. That report is emailed to every participant and formally submitted to Village Trustees.
